- Understanding the client’s needs for funding
- Examine whether Private Equity or other alternative
- Preparation of presentation material
- Preparation of Business Plan
- Identifying suitable Fund / Investor
- Arrange and participate in the meetings with Investors and client
- Advise the client for deciding on Commercial & legal terms
- Advise the clients on documentation aspects
- Co-ordinate with various outside agencies such as valuers, solicitors, tax experts, etc
- Carry out Enterprise / Project Valuation wherever required
- Any other guidance or action required to complete the deal
